OLYMPUS MONS- This is the tallest mountain of our Solar System, also the largest Shield volcano, on Mars. Its height is about 25 km(16 mi) , almost 2.5 times Mount Everest.

it has a diameter of 624 km ( 374 mi) , approximately the same size as state of Arizona.
Olympus Mons is a shield volcano. Rather than violently spewing molten material, shield volcanoes are created by lava slowly flowing down their sides.
As a result, the mountain has a low, squat appearance, with an average slope of only 5 percent.
